Northspire Agency runs the ads inside your own Meta account, puts a dedicated setter (an employee of ours, never an outsourced call centre) on every lead within minutes, qualifies them by phone against your criteria, books the appointment into your calendar and confirms it by phone before the day. A lead who is not ready yet is called back on their own timeline by the same person, with personalised texts and emails in between.

I started my journey at 17 in a cold-calling role, speaking to over 150 businesses and homeowners a day. This taught me early on how to think fast and book qualified appointments consistently. There were no warm leads or shortcuts. Every conversation had to be earned.
After over a year, I realised that working for someone else I would never be able to truly grow. I left and invested everything I had into building my own business, spending the first few months developing the skills and systems properly before seeing any return.
I founded the company with a clear focus on real estate. I’ve always been drawn to the property space and the impact agents have during one of the biggest financial decisions in someone’s life. What I saw was an industry full of agencies chasing volume and delivering low-quality leads.
So in July 2025 I founded Northspire Agency, run from the UK with a remote team and built only for agents in Canada: a system that targets based on intent, with a real person on every call, strict qualification, and a design around deals, not vanity metrics.
My goal is simple: help serious real estate agents grow with structure and certainty, not luck.
