REAL ESTATE LEAD GENERATION
Lead generation that actually books appointments
We help Canadian real estate agents turn ad spend into booked buyer and seller appointments, without chasing cold leads or trying to run Facebook ads yourself. Done for you, start to finish.
Quick answer: Northspire Agency is a done-for-you appointment-setting service for real estate agents across Canada. We run the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns inside your own ad account, a dedicated setter on our team calls and qualifies every lead, books the real ones straight onto your calendar and confirms them by phone before the day, then keeps calling anyone who is not ready yet on their own timeline. Every call is made by a person, never an AI. Across our partnered agents we have generated 1,400+ leads, managed $44.6K+ in ad spend, and booked 250+ appointments. We deliberately limit how many agents we take on in any one area, so availability is limited.
Most agents do not have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem.
Leads are everywhere. The hard part is getting to them fast, qualifying the good ones, and following up for months until they are ready to move. That is where deals are won and lost, and it is exactly the part most agents do not have time for. We build the whole system so your calendar fills while you stay focused on listings and closings.
How we fill your calendar
1. Lead generation
Paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram that puts your offer in front of the right buyers and sellers in the neighbourhoods you actually want to work in. No boosted posts, no spray and pray. Real campaigns in your own Meta ad account, managed and optimised.
2. Qualification and booking
A dedicated setter, a Northspire Agency employee who knows your criteria, calls every new lead within minutes between 8am and 6pm Pacific, Monday to Friday, qualifies them by phone and books the real ones straight onto your calendar. You only ever speak to people worth your time, and every call is made by a person, never an AI.
3. Follow-up and confirmation, by a person
Most deals are lost in the follow-up, not the first call. If a lead does not pick up, your setter tries 12 times across 30 days, and personalised texts and emails continue for three months after that. A lead who is not ready yet is called back on their own timeline by the same person, so the homeowner who was not ready in March still books with you in May. Every appointment is confirmed by phone before the day. Nothing slips through the cracks.
We limit how many agents we take on in any area
We do not flood a market with competing campaigns. We deliberately limit how many agents we take on in any one area, and your leads are never shared with or resold to another agent. The offer in your market stays fresh, and availability in each area is limited by design.

Frequently asked questions
How fast will I see appointments?
Ads are live within seven days of signing. Your first booked appointment typically lands within 7 to 14 days of going live, and the first closed deals follow in 60 to 120 days, which is why we work on a six-month minimum term. The first stretch is the ad platform learning who responds, so we judge it on booked appointments over a few weeks, not on day one.
Do I need to run the ads myself?
No. It is fully done for you. We build, run and optimise the campaigns inside your own Meta ad account (most agents run $20 to $30 CAD a day, separate from our fee), a dedicated setter calls and qualifies the leads, and we book and confirm them onto your calendar. You focus on showing up to the appointments and closing.
What does it cost?
Our pricing is bespoke: the service is white-glove and built around each agent, so there is no one-size-fits-all package. There is a separate ad budget on top of our fee, and the honest way to understand the total for your market is a short call. The simplest way to get a straight answer is a quick call, where we will look at your area and what it would take to fill your calendar.
Do you work with buyer specialists, listing agents, or both?
Both, and the approach works differently depending on which side of the transaction you focus on. Buyer lead generation tends to produce conversations more quickly because buyer intent is often more immediate. Seller leads run on a longer follow-up window since most homeowners who inquire are three to eight months from listing. We tune the ads, qualification questions, and follow-up cadence to whichever side of the market you want to fill your calendar with. A buyer or seller who is not ready yet is not dropped: your setter calls them back on their own timeline, with personalised texts and emails in between, for as long as it takes.
